Is Elev8 only for women over 35?

The program is specifically built around the physiology, hormones, and life stage of women in their mid-30s through their 60s. The vast majority of our clients fall in that range, and our coaching protocols, training programs, and nutrition strategies are designed accordingly.

How is this different from a meal plan or app?

Apps and meal plans give you instructions. Elev8 gives you a coaching team, a behavioral framework, and a long-term plan. We don't just tell you what to eat — we coach you through why it's been so hard to follow through, and how to change that for life.

Do I have to be in great shape to start?

No. Most of our clients come to us frustrated, exhausted, and convinced they've already failed. The program is built to meet you exactly where you are — beginner, returning, or restarting again — and walk you forward from there.

How does coaching actually happen?

You're matched with a dedicated coach based on your personality and goals. From there, you have ongoing access through messaging, scheduled check-ins, and support from the wider Elev8 team — including the founders and our onboarding specialist.

No. Elev8 provides health and wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, and training programming.
