Refund & Payment Policy

This Refund Policy describes the refund, cancellation, and payment terms that apply to coaching programs and services provided by Maverick Willett Coaching LLC, doing business as Elev8 Online Coaching ("Elev8," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in any Elev8 program, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

This policy applies to:

• Single-payment enrollments;
• Multi-installment enrollments and payment plans;
• Promotional, discounted, and seasonal pricing;
• Coaching programs of any duration; and
• Any digital materials, content, recordings, or resources provided as part of the Services.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Elev8's coaching is high-touch and individually delivered. From the moment you enroll, our team begins matching you to a coach, building your individualized plan, allocating ongoing coaching capacity, and delivering proprietary materials and frameworks. Because of the nature of personalized coaching services, refunds are not offered.

3. Payment Plans

If you elect a payment plan, your enrollment creates a binding obligation to pay the full program price for the duration of the program, regardless of whether you continue to use the Services. Specifically:

• You authorize Elev8 (and our payment processors) to charge each installment automatically on the agreed schedule;
• Choosing not to participate in coaching does not cancel your remaining payments;
• You remain obligated for any unpaid balance for the full term of the program;
• Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access to the Services and may be referred to a collections agency. Any costs associated with collections, including reasonable attorneys' fees, may be added to your balance.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please email us at help@elevatecoaching.net before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any genuine error.

Initiating a chargeback for charges that are valid under your enrollment agreement and this Refund Policy is considered a breach of these terms. Elev8 reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and provide documentation of your enrollment, acceptance of these terms, and use of the Services.

5. Program Changes & Coach Reassignment

From time to time, we may need to reassign coaches, modify program structure, or change supporting tools. Reasonable changes that preserve the substance of the program do not entitle you to a refund.

6. Termination By Elev8

If we terminate your participation for cause (for example, breach of our Terms of Service, abusive conduct toward staff or other clients, fraudulent payment activity, or other material misconduct), no refund or credit will be issued, and any remaining payment plan installments remain due and payable.

7. Required-By-Law Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. Where applicable law grants a non-waivable refund or cancellation right (for example, certain state or country-specific consumer protection statutes), Elev8 will honor that right to the extent legally required.

8. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in an Elev8 coaching program, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy;
• You understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued;
• You understand that payment plans are binding for the full program term; and
• You voluntarily and knowingly accept these terms as a condition of enrollment.
